Official participation and game rules of the
Trampoline Hero promotional prize draw

1. The Organizer of the Prize Draw

1.1st The statute of the “Trampoline Hero” competition (hereinafter “Competition”) is a document that governs in detail the rules of the Competition and the prize draw (hereinafter “Prize Draw”) so that the conditions for participation in the Competition (hereinafter “Statute” or “Game Rules”) are precisely and clearly defined.

1.2nd The organizer of the Competition is Cyberjump Slovakia s.r.o. (registered office: Pribinova 10, Bratislava 811 09, ID No.: 52 521 931, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court of Bratislava III, Section: Sro, Insert No.: 155168/B, VAT No.: 2121064176) (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

1.3rd The administration and processing of the data related to the draw is carried out by the Organizer as the data controller (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller” / “Data Processor”).

1.4th The purpose of the Competition is to advertise and promote the business activities of the Organizer. These Game Rules are the only document that definitively governs the rules of the Prize Draw, so that the conditions for the Prize Draw are precisely and clearly defined. The Game Rules are available to all those interested in participating in the Competition throughout its entire duration. The Competition is organised as a promotional competition pursuant to Section 4(6) of Act No. 30/2019 Coll. on Gambling and on Amendments and Additions to Certain Acts, as amended, and is not a gambling game.


2. Conditions for Participating in the Prize Draw

2.1st Any natural person over the age of 18 (hereinafter referred to as “Player”) may participate in the Prize Draw.

2.2nd The Organizer’s owners, employees or persons who have any type of employment relationship with the Organizer, as well as their relatives within the meaning of the provisions of Act No. 40/1964 Coll., the Civil Code, as well as other persons involved in the organization and conduct of the Prize Draw are not entitled to participate in the Prize Draw. In the event that any of these persons becomes a winner, the prize will not be handed over.

2.3rd By participating in the Prize Draw, the Player acknowledges that he/she has fully read these Game Rules and accepts them unconditionally.

2.4th The Data Controller processes the Player’s personal data based on the Player’s voluntary, prior and detailed informed express consent. By participating in the Prize Draw, the Player expressly consents to the processing of his/her personal data.

3. Conducting the Prize Draw

3.1st Game duration:
The starting time of the game: 1 March 2025.
The closing date of the game: 20 June 2025.

– Weekly Prize Draw: every Monday between 7 March and 20 June (16 times in total)
– Monthly Prize Draw: 5 times:
1. 21 March 2025
2. 11 April 2025
3. 2 May 2025
4. 30 May 2025
5. 20 June 2025

3.2nd Game progress:

When purchasing a Trampoline Hero package, each customer will receive a physical (paper-based) raffle ticket as a gift at the reception of Cyberjump Trampoline Park, which they can decide how to use.
In order for the customer to participate in the prize draw as a Player, they must fill out the lottery ticket legibly, with their name and email address, and then drop the completed lottery ticket into the designated collection box. The collection boxes are placed in a clearly visible location in Cyberjump Trampoline Parks.
3.3rd The prizes of the Prize Draw:

– Weekly prizes: 1 voucher card per draw, worth 2800 V-Bucks, or a PlayStation top-up card of equivalent value (16 in total)
– Monthly prizes: 1 PlayStation5 per draw (5 in total)

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and is not transferable.

3.4th The process of the Prize Draw:

The Organizer will select the winner (hereinafter referred to as the “Winner”) from among the Players by a Prize Draw.

The Prize Draws will be held at a location designated by the Organizer. The Prize Draw is conducted by a committee consisting of 3 employees of the Organizer. The Prize Draw is carried out randomly from the tickets placed in the collection box. All tickets entered up to that point participate in both the weekly and monthly Prize Draws. Tickets are collected throughout the entire duration of the game without emptying the box. Tickets that have already been drawn are not returned to the collection box.

3.5th Winner notification and prize collection:

The Organizer will notify the Winner at the email address provided on the ticket within 24 hours of the Prize Draw.

3.6th Receiving the prize:

The Winner may only collect the prize in person at the Cyberjump Trampoline Park, where the Prize Draw takes place.

If the Winner does not contact the Organizer within 5 working days after notified of the win, the committee will conduct a new Prize Draw. In such a case, the original Winner is not be entitled to request any further fulfilment, or any other consideration or compensation of a financial or non-financial nature, from the Organizer in connection with the prize.


4. Rights and Responsibilities of the Organizer

4.1st Pursuant to the provisions of Section 845 of the Civil Code, as amended, there is no legal entitlement to a prize in the Competition. In the event of any doubt regarding entitlement to a prize, the Organizer shall decide on the existence of the entitlement.

4.2nd The Organizer is not responsible for any tax obligations of the Player or for the payment of any tax arising from the prize pursuant to the applicable Income Tax Act . The Organizer does not cover any costs incurred by Competition participants in connection with their participation in the Competition, or with winning and/or collecting the prize.

4.3rd By participating in the Prize Draw, the Player accepts full responsibility for any damage caused to the Organizer as a result of violating these Game Rules during the Competition.

4.4th In the event of a violation of these Game Rules, the Organizer will disqualify the Player from the Prize Draw. If the ticket of the excluded Player is drawn, the ticket will be considered invalid and a new Prize Draw will automatically take place.

4.5th The Organizer disclaims any liability for any damages suffered by the Player or any third party as a result of the incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete provision of the Player’s data, the registration of an ineligible person, or the loss of a notification sent by the Winners electronically for reasons not attributable to the Organizer, its unsuccessful delivery for other reasons, or its delay.

5. Data Management

5.1st The Organizer processes the Player’s personal data in accordance with these Game Rules, REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data) and Act No.18/2018 Coll. On the protection of personal data and on amendment and supplementation of certain acts and other relevant legal regulations

6. Data Controller, Data Processor

6.1st For the purposes of the Competition, the controller under the GDPR is the Organizer. The controller does not transfer the data to third parties.

6.2nd The controller processes only the personal data of the Player that the Player voluntarily provided to the Organizer during participation in the game.

6.3rd The controller is entitled to process the Player’s personal data for the purpose of participating in the Prize Draw and arranging the delivery of prizes and the controller is entitled to send the newsletter to the email address provided by the Player.

6.4th The controller processes the personal data of Player for the period necessary to conduct the Prize Draw, including the delivery of prizes, but no longer than until the withdrawal of consent by the Player. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

6.5th The Player may withdraw his/her consent at any time, without any limitation or justification, free of charge, by sending an email to info@cyberjump.sk.

6.6th The controller uses a processor for processing personal data.

6.7th The controller ensures the security of Player’s personal data and implements technical and organisational measures that guarantee an appropriate level of protection of Player’s personal data.


7. Complaints and Claims

7.1st The Player may submit a complaint regarding the protection of personal data to the Office for the Protection of Personal Data of the Slovak Republic (” https://dataprotection.gov.sk/sk/ ).

7.2nd All complaints and claims must be addressed to the Organizer using the following contact details:: info@cyberjump.sk.

7.3rd The organizer will examine any received complaint and respond within 30 days.

7.4th In the event of a complaint, the Organizer is entitled to process the personal data (name, contact details) of the complainant provided in the complaint for the period necessary to resolve the complaint. In this case, the legal basis for data processing is the consent of the data subject, and the purpose of data processing is to resolve the complaint.

The Competition and participation in it are conducted in accordance with these Game Rules, the Organizer’s General Terms and Conditions and data processing information. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Game Rules, cancel the Competition, alter its duration and conditions – including but not limited to, the rules of the Prize Draw, the date of the Prize Draw, the number of Winners as well as the types of prizes subject to the Prize Draw. The Organizer will publish any changes to the Game Rules and conditions in an appropriate manner. In case of any ambiguity regarding the interpretation of these Game Rules, the Organizer shall clarify such discrepancies or ambiguities, or has the right to unilaterally correct discrepancies and ambiguities in the Game Rules. If the Game Rules do not the relevant regulate a particular matter, the applicable provisions of the current laws shall apply.
