operating cameras
Cyberjump Slovakia s.r.o.(with its registered address at: Pribinova 10, 81109 Bratislava, Slovakia; Identification no. (IČO): 52 521 931; the “Operator”) operates, on premises of Cyberjump Trampoline Park at Lamačská cesta 5959/1, 841 05 Bratislava), a security CCTV system operated and maintained by the Operator (the “CCTV System”).
In view of and compliance with Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (the “GDPR”) you are informed as follows:
1. PURPOSE AND RULES FOR USE OF CCTV SYSTEM
1.1. The Operator processes the video and audio recordings made by the CCTV System on premises of the Cyberjump Trampoline Park for the purposes of
– safety and protection of health of visitors and employees, and monitoring compliance with safety regulations;
– protection of property (protection against theft and burglary) owned by facilities and commercial units in Cyberjump Trampoline Park, as well as protection of personal belongings of visitors and employees,which means detection, prevention and proving of any violations of rights, offenders;
2. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA
2.1. The Operator processes CCTV recordings of data subjects.
3. LEGAL GROUND FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
3.1. The processing is necessary for the protection of Operator’s legitimate interest consisting in the protection and security of property and in maintenance of safety and protection of health, and for presentation of the Cyberjump Trampoline Park operations.
4. PERIOD FOR WHICH PERSONAL DATA IS STORED; RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA; TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
4.1. The Operator processes personal data for a period of 3 days, save for situations where a CCTV recording serves as evidence in any proceedings, or where the Operator knows that such CCTV recording may be used in any proceedings as evidence, or where it is required for investigation or clarification of suspected unlawful conduct, for a time strictly necessary for such clarification; unless the Provider has a legal obligation to store personal data for a longer period of time.
4.2. The Operator may disclose the personal data to:
– State authorities and other entities to extent of obligations set out by law;
– members of Operator’s executive body and, where such members are not available, to a duly authorised employee;
– entities that provide to the Operator services of technical support of CCTV System.
4.3. The Operator processes personal data solely within the European Economic Area (the “EEA”). Personal data will not be transferred outside the EEA.
4.4. No automated individual decision-making will take place during such processing of personal data.
5. SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1. The Operator will ensure security of personal data it processes, and will take all measures that can be reasonably expected to protect the personal data of visitors and employees. As a result, in view of security of personal data, the Operator keeps CCTV recordings in a locked location, stored on a hard drive in a computer protected by a password.
6. LOCATION OF CAMERAS, MONITORED PREMISES
6.1. CCTV system is made up of cameras mounted on load-bearing structure of the ceiling of Cyberjump Trampoline Park, with such locations and camera angles as are shown on basic layout at the end of this Notice.
6.2. The reason for locating cameras in office premises that money is handled, and to monitor movement in offices.
6.3. Premises under CCTV System surveillance must be rooms operated by the Operator.
6.4. The Operator does not carry out monitoring in rooms where this could violate human dignity, i.e. in particular in locker rooms, showers, toilets or rooms where employees spend their time for rest. Exception to this are periods of time when the entire premises of this game facility are monitored, including premises where monitoring is not done during the day. Such periods of time are Sundays and those hours of day which are not working hours and where no one stays in these premises.
7. CHARACTER OF SECURITY CCTV SYSTEM
7.1. CCTV cameras are fixed-installation optical devices that conduct remote monitoring of selected premises.
7.2. CCTV cameras do not have capacity for close-ups of persons and activities. Electronic security CCTV cameras substantially capture images of visitors only in a selected area of Cyberjump Trampoline Park.
8. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECT
8.1. The data subject has the right to request from the Operator:
- information whether the Operator processes personal data that concerns him or her;
- access to personal data that is processed;
- rectification and/or erasure, or restriction of processing, of personal data;
- data portability, on terms set out in GDPR.
8.2. Data subject is entitled to object against processing of personal data on grounds of legitimate interest.
8.3. The Operator must provide the information requested by data subject under Section 8.1(a) in writing and in intelligible form without any undue delay but not later than one months after receipt of such request. Provision of information is free of any charge.
8.4. The Operator will erase personal data where:
– the processing of such data is unlawful;
– so requested by the data subject;
– such personal data is incomplete or inaccurate, and this cannot be lawfully remedied, provided that such erasure is not forbidden by law;
– the purpose for which such data was processed no longer exists, or the period set by law for storing such data has expired.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS
9.1. This privacy policy becomes valid on 1 June 2020.
